Kito's ER2W (dedicated wind power hoist) which is installed on the yaw deck directly below the nacelle facilitates efficient parts replacement work in the nacelle. 

ER2W has a lifting speed 1.5 times faster than the standard ER2 model. Maintenance work on nacelles more than 100 m above the ground can be performed in a short time.

By designing the nacelle as a hinged type, a ER2W + jib crane can be installed to bring in maintenance parts directly from outside.

Large capacity hoists can be used to efficiently replace large transformers. The photo shows a 5-ton hoist x 2 units. 

The pitch motor in the hub can be replaced in a short time with KITO's ED + jib crane. 

Compact and easy to carry, ED is easy to install and remove from the jib crane. 

The unique nickel-plated chains are resistant to wear and rust, making it suitable for maintenance work on wind turbines along the coast.
